- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a Hardware Engineering technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience using software for hardware interfacing and data analysis.
- Experience communicating data to other scientists and engineers.
- 3 years of experience calibrating qubit systems.
- Experience in project and/or people management.
- Experience with superconducting qubits.
- Experience working in a collaborative software environment (e.g., version control, code review, style guides).
- Experience working with Python.
