CompanyOverview: Aleading contracting company specializing in e.g. civil constructioninfrastructure developmentetc is seeking anexperienced Scaffolding Manager to oversee all aspects ofscaffolding operations within the projects. The Scaffolding Managerwillbe responsibleforensuring the safe and efficient erectionmaintenance and dismantling of scaffolding structures acrossvarious construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in scaffolding operations excellent leadership skillsand a commitment to upholding safetystandards.

Responsibilities:

ScaffoldingPlanning and Design:

Collaboratewith project managers and engineers to develop scaffolding plansthat meet projectrequirements.

Conductsite assessments todetermine thetype and amount of scaffolding needed for eachproject.

Ensurescaffolding designs comply with relevant safety regulations andindustry standards.

ScaffoldingInstallation and Maintenance:

• Overseethe erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures atconstruction sites.
  
• Supervisescaffolding crews to ensure work is performed safely and accordingto design specifications.
  
• Conductregular inspections of scaffolding toidentify anysafety hazards or maintenanceneeds.
  
• Coordinatewith suppliers to procure scaffolding materials and equipment asneeded.
  
• Safetyand Compliance:
  
• Implementand enforce safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents andinjuries.
  
• Conductsafety training sessions for scaffolding crews to promote awarenessand compliance with safetyregulations.
  
• Stayuptodate onindustry regulations and best practices related to scaffoldingsafety.
  
• ProjectCoordination:
  
• Workclosely with project managers and site supervisors to coordinatescaffolding activities with other constructionactivities.
  
• Monitorprogress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure scaffoldingwork stays on track.
  
• Addressany issues or concerns related to scaffolding operations in atimely manner.
  
• QualityAssurance:
  
• Ensurethat all scaffolding installations meet quality standards andspecifications.
  
• Conductquality inspections toidentify andaddress any deficiencies in scaffoldingstructures.
  
• Implementcorrective actions as needed to maintain quality andintegrity.
  
• TeamLeadership:
  
• Provideleadership and guidance to scaffolding crews including trainingcoaching and performancefeedback.
  
• Fostera positive and collaborative work environment that promotes safetyproductivity andprofessionalism.
  
• Resolveconflicts or disputes among team members in a fair and constructivemanner.
  
• Qualifications:
  
• Bachelorsdegree in Civil Engineering ConstructionManagement or related fieldpreferred.
  
• Proficiencyin reading and interpreting scaffolding plans anddesigns.
  
• Strongknowledge of safety regulations and best practices related toscaffolding operations.
  
• Excellentleadership and communicationskills.
  
• Abilityto effectively manage multiple projects andpriorities.
  
• Certificationin scaffolding safety (e.g. CISRS OSHA) ispreferred.
  
• Validdrivers license and willingness to travel to different constructionsites as needed.
  

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, orrelated field preferred. Proficiency in reading and interpretingscaffolding plans and designs. Strong knowledge of safetyregulations and best practices related to scaffolding operations.Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability toeffectively manage multiple projects and priorities. Certificationin scaffolding safety (e.g., CISRS, OSHA) ispreferred.
