    • Maintain the guest wake up call sheet anddeliver calls accordingly on time and to the establishedstandard
    • Ensure the proper operation of theswitchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring ofinternal and external calls
    • Take messages forguests and management as per the requiredstandard
