Responsibilities:

• ApplyModel Based System Engineering (MBSE) tosupportdevelopment of technicalbaselines
  
• Analyzesystem requirements that define the technical baseline andverification of the technicalbaseline
  
• Workwith Government and contractor personnel to close gaps in flow ofcustomer requirements down thru the system and componentlevels
  
• Leadand supporting Government/Contractor Working Group meetings bycreating briefings, leading discussion, and writing minutes toresolve risks, requirement gaps, and actionitems
  
• Reviewproposed changes to the technical baseline for impacts toenterprise capabilities and to cross-stakeholder integrationconcerns
  
• Facilitatereview of program documents by providing comments, compiling otherreviewer comments, and working with contractor to adjudicate thecomments.
  
• Serveas a subject matter expert to assess technical issues and toprepare briefings to U.S. Air Forcemanagement
  
• Supportmanagement of risks, issues, interdependencies, identifyingschedule disconnects and conflicts, developing action plans forresolution, and assisting the Government in executing selectedsolutions
  

RequiredSkills:

• BSdegree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computerscience, or network andtelecommunications
  
• Familiaritywith Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and tools used tosupport requirements development andtraceability
  
• Solidanalytical and problem-solvingskills
  
• Organizationcapability with ability to handle competingpriorities
  
• Stronginterpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), andpresentationskills
