    Job SummaryA leading recruitment agency is excited to present an opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer on behalf of their client, a prominent player in the contracting and construction industry.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo), and the ability to manage end-to-end HR operations efficiently.

    ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and exits.
    Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
    Maintain and update employee data accurately in ERP Odoo.
    Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and internal procedures.
    Coordinate visa processing, renewals, medicals, Emirates ID, and MOL requirements.
    Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary processes.
    Prepare HR reports, letters, and MIS as required by management.
    Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR matters.
    Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

    Must-Haves for the RoleBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of HR experience in UAE, preferably in contracting/construction companies.

    Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Odoo.
    Sound knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
    Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

    Exposure to HR audits, internal controls, or compliance reporting.
    Experience supporting performance improvement plans and employee relations cases.
    Familiarity with basic HR analytics or dashboard reporting within ERP systems.
