Job Responsibilities:

Understand customer concerns for Advance General Repair (AGR) cases and confirm the symptom to fix the customer concerns in the first timeCommunicate concern resolution to qualify for customer trust and satisfaction and continuously improve the customer experience.

Ensure adherence to warranty process, rules and regulations as stipulated by the Principal to qualify vehicles under Branch Self Approval (BSA) as per the criteria.

Submit Electronic Warranty Approval Request Form (EWARF) submission on a timely basis


Job Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering7 years of overall experience with automobile dealerships, of which minimum 2 years in a similar role or Diagnostic Master Technician.

Technical certificationsValid UAE Driving license
