    Description

    Establish and maintain an effective regionalservice line organizational structure and skill base to meet theneeds of the Rail service line grouping in the short and longerterm.

    Provide support to the Service Line indeveloping region-based business plans for the entire grouping ofbusiness sub-services.

    Collaborate closely withpeers within the region to create and develop synergies acrossbusiness and service lines.

    Actively participatein tender preparations, acting as a bid manager or ensuring suchresources are available for successful tenderpreparation.

    Drive the recruitment and retentionstrategy for the Rail division.

    Workcollaboratively with HR, Tender Unit, and country managers tomanage operational planning, staff utilization, talent acquisition,mobility, and retention.

    Ensure that projects andprograms meet client expectations, are delivered on time, withinbudget, and to a high level of quality.

    Providesupport to project leadership in coordinating with variousdepartments and support services involved.

    Manageteams to ensure business objectives are achieved on time and withinbudget.

    Liaise with client representatives toensure client satisfaction and develop action plans whenrequired.

    Maintain strategic alignment betweenthe program and the organization.

    Develop andimplement program management plans to ensure the success of theprogram.

    Manage project budgets, risks, andissues, taking corrective measures through formalized actionplans.

    Identify improvement areas and implementsystems to boost companyeffectiveness.

    Participate in the tendering stageby providing inputs on operational feasibility, risks, andmitigation plans.
