- Good level of education, ideally 5GCSEs grade A-C including Maths andEnglish
- Excellent IT Skills and understandingof information systems set-up, data entry andinterrogation
- Excellent problem resolution andfault investigation skills
- Experience ofdealing with confidential information
- Information Technology InfrastructureLibrary (ITIL) qualification for service-deskmanagement
- In depth knowledge of applications,ideally in a healthcare environment, acquired through diploma leveltraining or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Previous experience in an equivalentindustry and/or service delivery environment of at least oneyear
- Experience holding a customer service roleand/or IT support position of at least one year
- Knowledge of RiO and/or SystmOnepatient record systems.
