Sales Manager (Partner Sales) - Dubai

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for populating the overall roadmap for the line of business, ensuring a continual stream of new and innovative ideas are consistently brought to market
  • Reaching out to System integrators, Electrical design consultants, and HVAC contractors to target prospective business partnerships, evaluating their fitment, negotiating, and closing deals along with managing the partnerships
  • You will identify market needs and trends and manage Zenatix' partners
  • You will represent Zenatix in various corporate events and generate leads
  • You will manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company's internal operations and capabilities
  • You will drive sales targets by creating the right mix of large and midsized deals
  • You will design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards and keeping in mind the counterparties' preferences & goals
  • You will lead and close the deal, understand the partner's requirements thoroughly, and tailor pitch the product accordingly
  • You will manage endtoend partnerships and sales, collection related to Zenatix products in the region
  • Prior knowledge of handling Building Management Systems and IoTenabled technology will be an added advantage

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must
  • Relevant 68 years of experience in managing system integration businesses, direct sales, and partnerships for Enterprise solutions through Channel and SIs.
  • Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic and startupcentric approach to the role
  • Networking and Relationship building
  • Experience in solutions and consultative sales
  • Has the ability to converse at any level within the customer organization (CXO/ Business/Department Heads)
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset, forwardthinking and decisionmaking skills
  • Flexible to travel Intra and Inter cities if required
  • Strong problemsolving and creative skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation techniques
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of commonly used Sales and Solution selling concepts, practices, policies, and procedures.
