Merchandise Planning Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Opontia

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, entrepreneurial Manager Planning in UAE to be part of Opontia's Merchandise Planning team.

This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who will be a vital part of the Opontia growth team and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of fast-growing eCommerce brands across multiple channels and markets.

• Responsible for budget planning for all the brands for full year
• Responsible for managing intake & realized margin at country/brand level
• Responsible for sales & margin planning at month level at brand/country level
• Work with finance in managing the target setting process at month level

• Create month level open to buy to reduce stock outs in the business
• Review Seasonal OTB plans at brand level
• Create & Manage PO management process for all brands on monthly basis
• Monitor the cover at Product-BrandCountry level
• Review stock ageing & recommend corrective action to reduce the same

• Review business performance reports on weekly basis
• Review product performance on weekly basis & take corrective actions
• Review Supplier performance monthly, to improve profitability of the business
• Review implementation of markdown across channels
• Review the pricing strategy for the brands at SKU level

• Create an event calendar at territory level
• Pre event planning at a brand level to optimize sales
• Work with supply chain team to optimize orderdelivery management
• Plan the markdown at the brand level
