Position Summary

B2B Sales Support

  • Support new B2B projects by designing and providing a differentiated CS support solution (Extended Warranty, regular maintenance, health check etc.)
  • Ensure all signed B2B deals are registered in the system with full product and model information (Serial number, warranty, support type etc.)
Market Sensing

  • Regular customer visit, competitors' benchmarking, in order to improve customer loyalty, and develop B2B Business
  • Establishing response measures for risk factors based on risk awareness; providing accurate and timely measures in case of risks
Content Creation

  • Preparation of installation guides, catalogues, dot com FAQs & Visual guides
  • Regular update of the content based on customers' review and business strategy
Role and Responsibilities

B2B Roles (Collaboration with Stakeholders)

Manage Mobile Phone (B2B), Smart Signage, LED Signage, Hotel TV products


Prepare Client proposal as follows:

  • Manage development & design of a complete Post Sales B2B Services portfolio (Analyze the proposal, draft final proposition & propose implementation by phase)
  • Responsible for crisis management and provide resolution to ensure Clients requirements are fulfilled in line with Samsung guideline
  • Maximizing customer satisfaction by operating resources and making decisions based on understanding the customer.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams

  • Organize, conduct and lead meetings independently and/or with the relevant Vertical B2B

Product Manager:
Mobile (B2B), Smart Signage, LED Signage & Hotel Display

  • Propose SLAs for ongoing/ upcoming Biz Opportunities based on technical specifications of product.
  • Attend Biz Opportunity meetings with B2B Sales team
Role within Customer Service Organization

  • Prepare monthly schedule of Proactive visit based on project scope and priority in collaboration with sales KAMs
  • System improvement

PIC:

SVC PIC for B2B projects related with Software development team (Sales force) / System Integrator / Facilities Management team.

Mobile B2B & Knox Support

  • Close monitoring of MX B2B Knox issue raised by B2B customers in sales force.
  • Allotting the tasks based on level of support to Product PICs
Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B industry in UAE/ GCC region
  • Field experience presales, sales and/or after sales support in the Electronics industry.
  • Analytical approach and positive attitude.
  • Able to read the design of technical manuals and explain to technicians.
  • Proactive and assertive leadership with ability for motivating people to achieve organizational goals.
