Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select suppliers basedon their ability to meet product and project specifications,quality standards, and deliveryschedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to understand and define sourcingrequirements.
• Develop and implement sourcingstrategies that align with the company's businessgoals.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers toensure the best quality, cost, and deliverytimes.
• Continuously monitor supplierperformance and implement improvementplans.
• Forecast price trends and their impacton future activities.
• Drive cost-savinginitiatives and strategies to improve procurementefficiency.
• Ensure compliance with thecompany's policies and regulatoryrequirements.
• Maintain accurate records ofpurchases, pricing, and other importantdata.
• Use ERP systems for managing andstreamlining procurement processes.
  

Qualifications

***Bilingual Chinese or Mandarin preferred ***

• Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relatedfield.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience withglobal procurement of copper pipe, steel, joint processing,standard fasteners or sheet metalrelated.
• Proven experience with HVAC,refrigeration, mechanical design, and central air conditioningtechnologies.
• Strong knowledge of globalprocurement processes andstrategies.
• Experience with data center coolingis a plus.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems forprocurement.
• Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities.
• Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously and meetdeadlines.
• Detail-oriented and highlyorganized.
• Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment.
