  • Proper knowledge of real estate portals (CRM/Property finder/ bayut).
  • Coordinate and negotiate with landlords and owners who are interested to sell or rent their properties.
  • Negotiate the prices with landlord and owner to sell or rent properties
  • Coordinate with leasing agent marketing about available properties for sale/rent to be posted on property portals to get leads.
  • Manage viewing appointments for properties listed.
  • Update availability listing time to time
  • Verify and disclose property facts
  • Maintains confidentiality about company's information like customer data, sales data, etc
  • Ensures all queries are attended and responded within stipulated leadtime
  • Guide listing agents throughout there transaction

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
