RoleDescription:

We areseeking a dynamic individual for the role of Head of Finance basedfulltime in Dubai. As the face of our finance and accountingdepartments you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financialanalysis budgeting reporting costing pricing tax compliance andfinancial statement management. Collaborating closely with theexecutive team you will contribute to shaping overall businessstrategy and decisionmaking.

Responsibilities:

Lead financial analysis budgeting and reportingefforts.

Oversee costing pricing strategies andfinancial statement management.

Manage VATCustoms and Corporate Tax procedures and ensurecompliance.

Coordinate with auditors banks andexternal stakeholders.

Provide strategicinsights and support to the executive team.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance andaccounting functions.

Qualifications:

Solid understanding of financial statements andanalytics

Proficiency in finance and accountingprinciples

Proven leadership experience in asimilar role.

Bachelors / masters degree infinance or accounting

Professional accountingcertification (CPA CA) preferred

Minimum of 15years of experience in holding companies within the FMCGmanufacturing industry.

Familiarity with taxlaws and regulations in the UAE

Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills
