Requirements:


  • Diploma or University degree
  • Proven experience in debt collection
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of UAE debt collection laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:


  • Contacting debtors to arrange payment plans and negotiate settlements
  • Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
  • Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate records of debt collection activities
  • Liaising with legal department for escalated cases
