- Manage and support Nexthink in a high‑availability enterprise‑grade production environment.
- Design, implement and fine‑tune dashboards, reports, alerts and proactive monitoring capabilities.
- Lead platform upgrades, patching, automation and health checks.
- Integrate Nexthink with major platforms such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, Dynatrace, Azure, AWS, VMware and Office 365.
- Create and manage custom PowerShell scripts and workflows.
- Monitor and analyse logs, events and business service KPIs.
- Ensure end‑to‑end visibility across client devices, virtual infrastructure and critical applications.
- Contribute to incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and service improvement.
- Participate in project work‑streams and collaborate across infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
- Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise IT environments with a focus on digital end‑user infrastructure.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on expertise with the Nexthink platform, including design, customisation, integration and automation.
- Advanced knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) monitoring tools and log analytics.
- Proven ability to work across large‑scale environments involving Windows, Linux, virtualisation (VMware NSX), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containers and enterprise networks.
- Experience integrating Nexthink with monitoring and ITSM tools (e.g ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, SolarWinds etc.).
- Deep understanding of infrastructure operations, digital experience management and monitoring best practices.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Nexthink Professional Certification (mandatory)
- This is an on‑site operational support role.
- Participation in an after‑hours on‑call rotation is required.
