Job Description/ Job role and Responsibilities

  • Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department.
  • Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance.
  • Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies.
  • Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results.
  • Organize regular seminars and training to teach team members new techniques and methods.
  • Keep up with trends in the constantly evolving information technology industry.
  • Perform regular IT audit to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.
  • Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions.
  • Write and forward regular reports to the management.
  • Provide solutions to any complex ITrelated challenges in the organization.
  • Perform regular appraisals of team members' performance and devise strategies to help with Improvement.
Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a helpdesk Engineer or other customer support role
  • Experience on Firewalls, IP phones and NAS & SAN
  • Experience on IT security, backup scenarios and disaster recovery solutions
  • Understanding of Windows servers, virtualization (VM ware and Hyper-V), different cloud services
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco similar technologies is a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
