• Leading a team of engineers,designers and delivering the civil, structural design calculations& drawings within stipulated time by providing the properguidance & technical support
• DevelopStructural design from the Conceptual Stage through the DetailedDesign Stage providing sustainable and efficientsolutions
• Extensive analysis knowledge ofIn-place, Preservice, Spectral Fatigue, Seismic, Pushover andJacket Mating for Fixed Platform structures and In-place, Lifting,Transit and Blast condition of offshoreStructures
• Provided guidance/instruction toengineers for various secondary/miscellaneous calculation anddesigners for detailing/drawing
• Preparation ofspecifications for design basis report, soil investigation in linewith client requirements
• Cross functionalteamwork for optimizing the layouts & general arrangementof structures, vendor drawings / foundation loads of the structuresand for resolving the interferenceissues
• Engineering co-ordination with otherdepartments, projects team & site team for inputs orcomments on civil & structural drawings prior to submissionto client for approval
• Technical discussionswith Sub Contractor consultants for review & approve thedrawing and design calculations
• Hands onexperience in industry software 3D Model Review Tools (SPR& Navis Works), MS Office Suite,etc.
• Review of geotechnical report andinterpretation of soil parameters for the analysis and design ofshallow, pile foundations
• Participation in theproject co-ordination meetings with the site, vendors, reviewconsultants and client to resolve the technical issues.Prioritising the engineering activities to meet projectschedule
• Evaluate supplier/subcontractor bidsfor compliance to COMAPANY specifications and scopes ofwork
• Site visits to resolve the constructionproblems and site mismatches with respect to drawings issued forconstruction
• Providing pre- bid engineeringsupport by calculating the architectural, civil &structural BOQ's
• Preparation ofstandard spread sheets, auditing & approving the standarddesign programs/ templates related to civil & structuralengineering
