Mira Logistics, an integral part of Mira Group based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced logistician to join as the General Manager. The company is at the initial stage of development, with plans to establish a logistics ecosystem for transportation between Russia and Dubai using a fleet of 10 trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an optimal transportation route considering economic, political, and legal perspectives for the 10 trucks;
• Ensure compliance with all necessary documentation and maintain transparency in logistics operations;
• Ensure timely delivery of cargo;
• Maximize truck utilization by ensuring loaded trips in both directions (Russia - Dubai, Dubai - Russia);
• Build and lead a team to support the logistics operations;
• Transition the company towards serving external clients for transportation needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, preferably with expertise in the Dubai market;
• Familiarity with customs processes and regulations;
• In-depth knowledge of logistics operations between Russia and Dubai;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
