Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the store is always presentable to potential clients.
  • Assist with stocktaking and restocking of items.
  • Introduce new products and promotions to customers.
  • Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in Russian and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about the fashion industry with experience in luxury retail.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
  • Experience in meeting sales targets.
  • A team player with excellent customer service and problemsolving skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and weekends.
  • Knowledgeable of the latest trends in women's fashion wear.
  • Must have a client database
