Description
Develop the assigned Qualifier Call activities in order to maintain and grow profitable revenue.- Ensure adequate sales visibility through the use of Sales Lead reports, i.e. monthly reporting.
- Manage the relationship between Direct Channels and Customer Service/ operations to ensure that business issues are identified and solved proactively.
- Internally it has day to day interaction with Customer service, Operations and sales.
- This position will require judgement, tact and motivational ability to achieve the set revenue and profitability targets of the Sales Lead unit.
- Will need to be able to lead and maintain the motivation of a large sales force, driving a personalised business approach whilst driving the introduction of cost effective
- Customer Interface solutions.

Must be residing in AMMAN JORDAN:
- knowledge of customer service principles
- goal driven
- experience in Sales
- University Degree (Diploma or Bachelor)
- English and Arabic verbal and written communication
- Female
- Preferrably living in Aman Jordan
- Two years experience in a Call Center and Customer Service related role.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (required)
