- Prepare detailed MEP quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Review and validate contractor interim payment applications.
- Monitor project budgets and track MEP cost variations.
- Evaluate and negotiate variation orders, claims, and change requests.
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost reports for client review.
- Assist in tender evaluation and contractor comparison for MEP packages.
- Review subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Perform site measurements and verify completed works.
- Support final account preparation and settlement.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and project requirements.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure commercial control.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying.
- Proven experience working on hotel, resort, or large-scale building projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience working on client-side assignments.
- Experience in luxury hospitality projects.
- Membership in a recognised professional body (RICS or equivalent).
