- Leading full project lifecycles, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution.
- Managing and coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring projects align with our vision.
- Ensuring projects are developed on schedule, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.
- Maintaining relationships with local authorities for necessary construction permits.
- Implementing site project standards and guidelines in line with Black Sheep Coffee's brand identity.
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends in project and construction management.
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards in all construction and renovation projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in UAE, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
- Fluency in English; written and spoken.
