Role Description


We are in search of a detail-oriented real estate office assistant to oversee our daily operations and to ensure our business runs smoothly.


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in the daytoday activities
  • Answering calls and making followups
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Maintaining the CEO's calendar and scheduling meetings
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in real estate industry is beneficial
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to details

Experience:


  • Office assistant: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Abu Dhabi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
