- Bachelor's Degree inGraphic Design and/or relevant field ofstudy
- 5+ years experience working for a fashionor youth culture brand with background in art direction/ design for2D photography, motion and studio creative direction as well asmarketing assets including but not limited to e-comm, social media,seeding etc.
- Leadership skills are key to thisrole. Experience leading creative projects and managing keyrelationships with cross functional peers, agencies and externalcreatives.
- Deep understanding of sneaker/fashion history / trends + deep love and knowledge of art, music,fashion and street culture is crucial.
- Deepunderstanding of branding, channels, consumer behavior marketingprinciples and priorities.
- Self-managed, canlead complex workstreams and is comfortable working in a matrix andcross-functional organization.
- Experience atworking multiple end-to-end projects [Brief to delivery] withintiming and resources.
- Strong communication,collaboration, and presentation skills to express his/hers/theirstrategic recommendations to internal teams, be open to dialogueand feedback from different stakeholders while ensuringefficiencies for the Creative Services team [ Fewer, Bigger, bettermindset].
- Proficient in Figma and AdobeCreative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects andBridge. Experience with making basic GIFs and video graphics.Familiarity with video editing is a plus.
