Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through calls, conducting lead generation activities, and following up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities. Maintaining excellent customer service and providing support to clients throughout the sales process are integral to this role, as is building long-term client relationships. The role requires achieving sales targets, updating customer records, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and follow-up techniques
- Sales expertise with a results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with real estate industry practices is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively in a team
- Prior sales or telesales experience, particularly in real estate, is highly desirable
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
