Description

• Enforce playground rules and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist children in using play equipment and encourage positive play behaviors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play area, including regular sanitization of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their children's activities and behavior.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
• Conduct routine safety checks of play equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback from visitors.
• Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate activities and events in the play area.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to playground safety and child development.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children in a recreational or childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training related to child safety.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• Playground Attendant and event planner: 2 years (preferred)

• Arabic and English (preferred)
