Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Butcher at Etihad Catering. The Butcher will be responsible for preparing and processing meat, poultry, and seafood to be used in our catering services. The Butcher will also be responsible for ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Butchery and Meat Processing
• Experience with Poultry and Seafood
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Strong physical endurance and the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Prior experience in an aviation or catering industry is a plus
