Description

1.   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Executive
support function in establishing, implementing, maintaining and the improvement
of the company's quality, environmental and occupational health, and safety
management system as per the ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standard, and
other relevant requirements.<\/span>
<\/p>

2.   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensuring
that the established, implemented, and existing quality, environmental and
occupational health, and safety management system is appropriate, suitable and
works for the company's overall benefit, as intended.<\/span>
<\/p>

3.   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Carry
out Process (Quality / FMEA) Risk Assessment of the company's operation
annually and/or when required.<\/span>
<\/p>

4.   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Carry
out Environmental Aspect and Significance Impact and Risk Assessment of the
company's operation annually and/or when required.<\/span>
<\/p>

5.   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Carry
out Occupational Health and Safety Hazard Risk Assessment of the company's
operation annually and/or when required.<\/span>
<\/p>

6.   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop,
revise and maintain Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety
Operational Control Procedures.<\/span>
<\/p>

7.   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Carry
out of an Internal Audit of the company's quality, environmental and
occupational health and safety management system annually, and/or when required
and necessary, as per instruction from the Quality Assurance Manager.<\/span>
<\/p>

8.   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Cross -functional
job coordination with the production department, MRP, purchasing, stores, quality
control, human resources, design and development, maintenance, after sales,
sales and HSE relating to the company's quality, environmental and occupational
health and safety management system and relevant performance targets and
objectives.<\/span>
<\/p>

9.   <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordination
with and support of the maintenance department on documentation and records
preparation and review prior to the annual ISO audits.\<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide
training to employees based on the company's quality, environmental and
occupational health and safety management system and as per ISO requirements
annually and/or when required and necessary.<\/span>
