Daily Operations:

  • Maintains a high level of alertness and professionalism at the front counter by anticipating and responding to guests and potential clients' needs or queries
  • Handles all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner which includes exuding a cheerful and clear tone
  • Responsible for managing the office unit & PABX system setup and requests for all clients
  • Organizes postage and document courier services, handle mail, incoming & outgoing deliveries
  • Coordinates conference room bookings, refreshments for meetings and other special arrangements
  • Handles all secretarial and administrative duties for clients, as requested
  • Performs check in & check out process for all clients
  • Conduct upselling and crossselling to maximize revenue Service Standards:
  • Ensures that clients' requests and demands are met to the best of your professional ability. This includes the handling of all inquiries, complaints and feedback
  • Establishes and offers input on improvement to service standards, in liaison with the Centreincharge
  • Ensures that the Centre's service standards are maintained at all times Internal:
  • Develop rapport and professional business relationships with fellow colleagues and stakeholders
  • Support local Operations to maximize profitability, efficiency and productivity

Job Location:
Dubai

Ø Conduct site inspection by coordinating with cleaners to know the status of cleaning.


Ø Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness, Conduct training to employees for the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Ø Cleaning checklists and duty roaster to be prepared for cleaners.


Ø Request for cleaning chemicals and equipment's as per site requirements; To be familiar with the client scope of work.

Ø To monitor inventories stock and consumables to ensure adequate supplies.


Ø Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action; Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.

Ø Ensure attendance of housekeeping staffs at site; Assist in preparing the Monthly report.


Experience and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in Housekeeping.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety relating to Operations.
  • Must have as a minimum qualification of Secondary Education and BICS certification is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge in operation and maintenance of general housekeeping machinery.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
