Position:
Waiter
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dining Room Waiter shall provide adequate serving of food and beverages to all Clients employees and Client Contractor's personnel and visitors located in site.
- Serve salads, vegetables, meat, breads, and cocktails, ladle soups and sauces, portion desserts, and fill beverage cups and glasses.
- Replenish foods and beverages at serving stations.
- Add relishes and garnishes to food orders, according to instructions.
- Deliver orders to kitchens, and pick up and serve food when it is ready.
- Set up dining areas for meals.
- Order items needed to replenish supplies.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness at serving stations and equipments and reports any equipments for repairs.
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary.
EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification required is not less than 12 years at school education.
- Minimum of 1 year past experience in similar assignment.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English language.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills
- Well presented, polite, patient, friendly, efficient and speedy.
- Enjoy working with people and able to work as part of a team.
- Should be able handle any complex tasks and demanding job.
- Dependable and attentive to detail.
Salary:
AED AED700.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
