    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine materials, dimensions, and procedures required for the fabrication process.
    • Measure, cut, bend, shape, and join aluminum materials using various hand and power tools.
    • Perform welding, soldering, and riveting techniques to fabricate and assemble aluminum components and structures.
    • Operate machinery and equipment such as saws, drills, brakes, and shears to cut, drill, and shape aluminum materials.
    • Inspect fabricated products to ensure they meet the required dimensions, quality standards, and customer specifications.
    • Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
    • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure project deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in aluminum fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting.
    • Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
    • Excellent mathematical and measuring skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
    • Knowledge of work safety regulations and procedures.
