    Position Overview

    RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its high-performance division and is seeking a Senior Property Consultant with a proven record of excellence.

    This position is strictly for elite performers who have closed 24 or more property sales transactions within the last 12 months.

    This is not an entry-level opportunity.

    This is not a support-based role.

    This is a structured, performance-driven senior partnership model.

    You are not joining a small platform.

    Mandatory Qualification
    • Completed minimum 24 sales transactions in the previous 12 months
    • Provide documented proof of closed deals
    • Demonstrate consistent monthly production (not one-time volume spikes)
    • Operate with professional reporting structure and accountability
    • Maintain disciplined pipeline and client qualification processes
