We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our clinic on a commission-based model.
The candidate must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa) and be licensed or eligible for licensing with DHA / DOH / MOH.
The role involves providing comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents in a child-friendly clinical environment.Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental conditions in children, including caries, infections, and developmental dental issues
Perform pediatric dental procedures such as:
Preventive care (fluoride application, fissure sealants)
Restorative procedures (fillings, pediatric crowns, pulpotomies)
Extractions of primary teeth
Educate parents and children on oral hygiene practices, diet counseling, and preventive care
Effectively manage child behavior and dental anxiety using appropriate behavior management techniques
Monitor dental growth and development and identify early orthodontic concerns
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with DHA regulations
Adhere to clinic protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
Work collaboratively with dental assistants and support staff
Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Dentistry with specialization in Pediatric Dentistry
Valid DHA / DOH / MOH license or eligibility to obtain one
Must hold own UAE residence visa (clinic will not provide visa sponsorship)
Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience in pediatric dentistry
Willingness to work on a commission / revenue-sharing basis
Strong communication skills with children and parents

Excellent behavior management and patient-handling skills
Ethical practice with a patient-first mindset
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with families
Multilingual skills (Arabic / Hindi / Urdu) are an advantage
Compensation Structure
Commission-based remuneration (percentage to be discussed and agreed)
