- Responsible for pick up anddelivery of guest laundry
- Collect laundry anddry cleaning bags from guest rooms and ensure that guest name, roomnumber and laundry pieces are listed
- Count andverify all items as per the laundry and dry cleaning lists andrecord collection and delivery times and specialmessage
- Report immediately any guest valuables/ items found in pockets of clothes sent tolaundry
- Check all items for damage and stainsand take appropriate action to rectify theseissues
- Responsible to collect and deliveroutside guest laundry / dry cleaning and assist marker whennecessary
- Responsible for delivering all guestitems punctually and in a professional, courteousway
- Assist in the loading and unloading ofdryers and sort out washed laundry items
- Assistin inventories and attend all trainings as informed andscheduled
