Lead and supervise the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making by senior management.

Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all required financial reports and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment for complex transactions, such as revenue recognition, leases, and intercompany transactions.

Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits, acting as a primary contact for auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit requirements.

Mentor and develop accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a multinational company or consultancy firm. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS or local GAAP), financial reporting, and internal controls. Proficiency in financial systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
