Position Overview:
As a Nursery Teacher Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our lead teachers in delivering high-quality early education programs.
From assisting with classroom activities to providing individualized attention to each child, you'll contribute to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead teachers to implement ageappropriate curriculum and activities
- Assist with daily classroom management and supervision of children
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging interactions and play
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or related field preferred
Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Nursery TA: 2 years (required)
