    The ExecutiveAdministrative Assistant III provides highly responsible,diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative supportto Senior Executives. Manages the office of Senior Executives andrequires comprehensive knowledge of executive operations, policies,practices and personnel.

    Depth& Scope

    • Coordinates and facilitateshigh-level executive functions with wide latitude for independentjudgment. Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements formeetings, conferences and travelitineraries
    • Performs a variety of duties toconserve the time of the executive, such as keeping personalbusiness bookkeeping records and other personal business items asdirected
    • Exhibits a high level of tact anddiscretion due to the frequency of high level internal and externalcontacts
    • Demonstrates a thorough understandingof executive's job and methods ofwork
    • Coordinates and/or supervises officeadministrative and support personnel, assigning, prioritizing andmonitoring work
    • Assists with numerous highlyconfidential functions including merger and acquisition early stagemeetings and due diligence document organization. Compiles,formats, prepares and distributes Board of Directors and Committeemeeting materials, minutes and records. May participate in otherBoard activities such as Board website, or preparation of annualmeeting documents. Tracks Board participation and activity andcoordinates payment of fees
    • Communicates andcoordinates with internal departments, community leaders,organizations, shareholders and high-level customers in order toresolve issues and concerns and to relieve executive ofadministrative details. Follows-up on complaints to ensure theirresolution
    • Researches, assembles and preparesdata and special reports, providing analysis and summaries (e.g.SEC research, merger & acquisition or Proxyactivity)
    • Conducts projects as assigned such ascoordinating regulatory exams
    • Analyzes complexinformation requests and determines appropriate action

    Education &Experience

    • Associate's degree and/orBachelor's degree or progressive work experience inaddition to experience below
    • 4+ years ofrelated experience
    • Exceptional secretarial andadministrative skills
    • Knowledge of divisionorganization, terminology andoperations
    • Ability to work independently andwithin a team
    • Proven organizational skills,with ability to keep others focused, on task andefficient
    • Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal with ability to work with all levels of theenterprise
    • Demonstrated PC skills, includingproficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools and presentationsoftware
