This position is only open to applicants currently based in the UAE.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
  • Coordinate and plan corporate events, conferences, and special projects.
  • Conduct research and compile information on various topics as needed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and other financial tasks.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for the executives as required.
  • Support the executive team in various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • 5+ year's experience required.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
