Job Purpose:


Aldar Education is currently seeking Bi-lingual Teachers living in Jordan for MOE teacher roles to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Main Duties:


  • Perform detailed analysis of the complex business process requirements and provide right / appropriate system solutions. Identify, Interpret, validate, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Clearly identify the GAP, perform GAP Analysis, and assist in developing necessary product modifications / workarounds to satisfy business needs.
  • Coordinating with business users and conduct meetings, demos, design workshops, CRP etc.
  • Prepare the detailed solution design documents, follow up with Business users and stake holders for Signoff.
  • Responsible for managing the changes, version control and configuration management.
  • Prepare the status reports and organize the status meeting with stakeholders / Business teams periodically.
  • Responsible to pick the changes as per priority, plan, execute and manage end to end implementation (project management).
  • Perform the indepth testing, coordinate within the team, and deliver the defect free process / product.
  • Assist/perform all the Functional/technical configurations, create functional Reports, personalization's, generate reports etc. for SAP Ariba procurement modules
  • Make sure all the integrations and interfaces are up and running

Specific Duties:


  • Handle the level 1/2 support call and assist in resolving the incident and service requests
  • Ownership of all the change requests, enhancements, and projects. Maintain the documents to track the requirements, priorities, timelines, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree

Minimum Experience:

years of SAP Ariba Procure to Pay experience


Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:


  • Experience of having worked in the following Modules of SAP Ariba (upstream & downstream)
  • SIPM, SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, SAP Ariba Buying & invoicing, SAP CP integration
  • Experience of having worked on the P2P integration with Financial ERP system
  • Expert in Procure to pay standard processes (i.e. from purchase requisition to payment to external vendors) for service organizations
  • Ability in configuring Ariba procure
  • Ability to write custom report and produce documentation supporting configuration changes.
  • Experience with various business process and system modelling tools such as: Data flow diagrams, process models, and use case scenarios.
  • Worked extensively on the Budget check functions (absolute and advisory) and integrations with ERP financials
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to review and interpret data, detect problems, and determine best solution and preventative measures to mitigate future risks
