  • Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Make travel arrangements and reservations for staff members
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide general support to visitors, employees, and management
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform other administrative duties such as data entry, typing, and photocopying


  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

AED2, AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ras alKhaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
