Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and features
  • Provide guests with directions and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants
  • Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, including delivering items to their rooms
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby and entrance area
  • Assist with valet parking and retrieval of guest vehicles
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure guest safety.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working as a bellman or in a customer service role in a hotel setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Good knowledge of local attractions and restaurants
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage

Salary:
AED1,200.00 per month
