Responsibilities:

Production: Operate ice cream making equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the efficient and consistent production of high
quality ice cream products.

Recipe Execution: Follow recipes precisely to produce ice cream with accurate flavor profiles and textures, adhering to Moishi's quality standards.

Ingredient Handling: Measure, weigh, and handle ingredients accurately and safely, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.

Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on ice cream making equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes closely to identify any deviations from quality standards and take corrective actions as necessary.

Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic production environment.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including production supervisors, quality control personnel, and maintenance technicians, to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory records, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in food production or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in ice cream production or a similar food manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following recipes and production procedures.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
