Specification Consultant


Location:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of building industry products, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with architects, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals to develop and secure specifications for our products in various construction projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, contractors, and other key decisionmakers in the construction industry.
  • Identify and target key construction projects where our products can be specified and used.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and provide technical assistance in selecting appropriate products.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions to architects, designers, and other industry professionals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product proposals and specifications to secure project inclusion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product advancements to provide accurate and uptodate information to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective communication and support.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Specification Consultant or in a similar role within the building industry.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary:
AED7, AED9,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
