Description

We are looking to hire a creative and motivated Sous Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi Will be responsible in creating delicious seasonal menus and meal designs.

Also participate in recruiting new employees, and responding to customer issues.

  • Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
  • Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs
  • Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner
  • Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
  • Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies
  • Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
  • Recruit and train new kitchen employees and manage the kitchen team in the executive chef's absence
  • Establish working schedule and assess staff's performance
  • Create schedules for kitchen employees and evaluate their performance
  • Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in culinary science or any relevant certifications
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Teamworkoriented with outstanding leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
AED7, AED9,000.00 per month
