Job Title:
Phlebotomist


Duties:

Under general supervision and according tospecified procedures, performs routine laboratory activities suchas patient receiving, venipuncture, computer data entry, and otherrelated duties including lab clinical functions.

3 12 hrshifts/week, every other Saturday/Sunday. Also would be required towork holidays.

6:30am to 7:00 pm. or 6:30p-7:00 am.


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Basic knowledge such asacquired through completion of high school diploma or G.E.D.equivalent required. Completion of Medical Assistant or CertifiedPhlebotomy training program preferred. 6 months to one year on thejob experience in venipuncture required. Previous computerexperiences preferred.

Phlebotomists who are required to floatbetween clinics must have a valid, unrestricted Michigan Driver'slicense and the ability to be insured by a InsuranceCarrier.
