2.JOB SUMMARY:
2.1 Anaesthesia consultant is a highly qualified Anaesthesia doctor that, provide and further develop an aestheticand pain management services for patients in NMCRH-KC in collaboration with colleagues in all disciplinesincluding primary and tertiary care to provide an integrated and high quality service for patients.2.2 This will include ensuring that all appropriate waiting lists and waiting times are adhered to; that services areprovided in an effective and efficient manner and that the principles of risk management and clinical governanceare maintained at all times.2.3 Anaesthesia consultant actively participate in the teaching and training of junior anesthetists and alliedhealthcare professionals.2.4 To take part in the general activities of consultants at UHCW – teaching, clinical governance, administration,management and so forth.
