- Proven track record of success in Sr. Sales Account Management in BFSI
- Mandatory experience in the UAE and GCC markets
- Minimum sales experience of 5 years and above in BFSI is a must
- Proficiency in English languages is must, Arabic will be plus
- Hands-on experience in sales with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
