Preparing full set of Shipping documents for shipments (import and export)

Coordinating with shipping lines to keep track on dispatched shipment, receiving correct Bills of Lading and documents
Courier
Import/Export Collection
Generating Purchase order when required to do so
Coordinating with project,sales, operations, production and stores department for required information to enable accurate and cost effecctive shipping
Receiving clearance agent's invoices and checking for correctness and getting it approved for payment within 30 days.
Arranging courier and scheduling dispatch / collection of materials
Ensuring relevant insurance is in place for all shipment, Land, Air and Sea for all projects to cover land, air and sea transport (including ensuring trailers used are insured to 110% value of goods)
Checking for correctness of shipping documents and invoices, purchase for maintenance and any other area you have responsibility.
Follow up with accounts for payment of due freight forward for clearance shipment.
Floating enquires for E Trades Air /Sea/Land
Arranging for Cross Border clearances(Land/Air/Sea) in GCC/India
Maintain Spreadsheets with ETD, ETA, Bill of Entries, Exit bills & shipment value.
Verify Correctness of customs documentation
Maintain Spreadsheet with customs duty placed as deposit & recovery/refunds of the same.
Maintain validity of IE code for all companies yearly basis.
