    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBApreferred).
    • Proven track record of success inbusiness development and sales preferably within the staffing orrecruitment industry.
    • Strong understanding ofthe staffing industry market dynamics and clientrequirements.
    • Excellent communicationnegotiation and presentation skills.
    • Abilityto build and maintain strong relationships with clients and keystakeholders.

    • New Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potentialclients within the staffing industry including businesses seekingtemporary permanent or contract staffing solutions.
    • Market Research: Conduct thoroughmarket research to understand industry trends competitor activitiesand emerging opportunities to position METAMORFS as a leadingstaffing solutions provider.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strongrelationships with existing clients to foster repeat business andgenerate referrals. Anticipate and respond to their needs to ensureclient satisfaction.
    • Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements andpain points to provide tailored staffing solutions that addresstheir specific needs delivering valueadded services and fosteringlongterm partnerships.
    • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals andpresentations showcasing the unique value proposition of METAMORFSand our comprehensive suite of staffing services.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Leadcontract negotiations and close deals ensuring mutually beneficialoutcomes for both METAMORFS and the client.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with therecruiting team to ensure a seamless transition from clientacquisition to candidate placement.
    • Sales Metrics: Consistently achieve and exceedsales targets closely monitoring and reporting progress against keyperformance indicators.
    • Networking and Industry Events: Represent METAMORFS atindustry events trade shows and networking functions to enhance ourbrand visibility and expand professional networks.
    • Sales Strategy: Contribute to thedevelopment of sales strategies market penetration plans and newbusiness development initiatives to position METAMORFS forcontinued success.

    Education/Experience:
